Visa Requirements for Nepal
Most foreign nationals require a visa to enter Nepal. Visas can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and at various land border crossings, or from Nepalese diplomatic missions abroad.
Important Notice
All tourists must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival and at least one blank page for visa stamp.
Types of Nepal Visa
Tourist Visa
For visitors coming for tourism, sightseeing, and recreational purposes.

- 30 days: USD 50
- 90 days: USD 125
Business Visa
For visitors engaging in business activities in Nepal.
- Initial 6 months: USD 100
- Can be extended for additional periods

Student Visa
For foreign students studying in Nepal.

- Requires admission letter from institution
